 Jim passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on January 24, 2024, after a long struggle with Cancer. 

Jim was born May 9, 1939, in Muncie IN, the son of Wayne and May Ehrhart.

Jim met the love of his life, Kay Dewane, while attending Marquette University. They were married in 1962. Jim spent the next 4 years with the U.S. Airforce.
 
 In 1966 Jim began an extensive career with 3M Company. The last ten years of his time with 3M was spent working internationally. Jim and his family lived and travelled throughout Europe, Asia, and Latin America doing business and making friends.
 
 Jim was connected to his Stillwater community through the Lions Club. He served as a past president. He volunteered as a Guardian Ad Litem to work with children in the court system. He was a member of the local Multiple Myeloma Support Group.
 
 Jim deeply loved and cared for his family. He was an avid photographer, passionate fisherman, expert in multimedia electronics, and an undaunted Packer Fan.
 
 He is survived by his wife, Kay; sister, Patricia Jean Ehrhart; daughters, Mary Dylkowski (Scott), Tracey Nooner (Terry), Jill Imbrone (Pete), and Christy Johnson (Gil); loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren and countless good friends.
 
 On Thursday, February 22, Jim’s family will gather with friends and relatives, at 4:00 PM, AT The Water Street Inn in Stillwater for a Celebration of Life. Dinner will follow. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to Doctors Without Borders, or to your favorite charity.
