Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 2, 2014. Survived by loving wife, Carla; sons, Seth and Jacob; step-sons, Jake and Joe; siblings, Carol Phelps, Sherry (Bill) Hanson, Craig (Sally) Johnson and extended family and many friends. A gathering of friends and family will be held Friday, November 7 from 5-8 PM at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131Minnehaha Ave. S., Minneapolis.
