Janet Helen Perlt

Janet Perlt of Stillwater MN passed away Tuesday, April 11th, 2017 in Punta Gorda, Florida. Born 10/7/1930 in Denver, Colorado to John and Janet Heaton. Janet served in the U.S. Navy, where she met her beloved husband Ron. She left the Navy to get married, and she and Ron had three children. Together, they called many places home including Guam, Minnesota, Iowa and New York, all while raising their busy family. They enjoyed traveling and were lucky to have seen most of the world. Janet helped Ron start their business, Associated Hearing of Saint Paul, and worked alongside him. Together they enjoyed many years of boating on the St Croix River. Janet served as president of the Ladies Auxiliary at the St. Croix Yacht Club. She loved her family, dogs, and crafting.

Janet is survived by her husband of 63 years, Ronald Perlt and her 3 children Patti (Glen) Kleven, Karen (Tom) Ueland and Ron (Lynda) Perlt, 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and her much beloved dog, Tiger.

Funeral services will be Monday, April 17th with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM and services at 11:00 AM at Bradshaw, 4600 Greenhaven Drive at Highway 96 (one mile west of 35E), White Bear. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
