September 10, 1975 ? January 25, 2004. Preceded in death by grandparents, Ralph & Betty Swanson; brother, William Swanson; & nephew, Kevin Gefroh. Jay will be missed by his daughter, Clarissa; mother, Linda; father, Jim; sisters, Julie (Randy) & Janelle; and many nieces & one nephew. Visitation Friday, 5-8 PM at BRADSHAW, 678 South Snelling at Eleanor. He will always be loved and missed.
