Beloved mother, grandmother and sister. Passed away peacefully on May 3, 2010 after a long battle with MS. Preceded in death by parents, John & Susan Rice; brother, Timothy; sisters-in-law, Sandy and Vicky Rice and JoAnne DelMedico; father-in-law, Lawrence Rainer; niece and nephew, Susan and Tony DelMedico. Survived by former husband of 35 years, Richard; son, Jason (Gina); grandchildren, Talia and Riley; twin brother, John (Lonna) Rice; brothers, Richard DelMedico, Pasquale DelMedico, Thomas (Cindy) Rice, Andrew (Kim) Rice and Louis (Krista) Rice; godmother, Phyllis Rice; mother-in-law, Laurel Rainer; nieces, nephews other family members and friends. 1968 graduate of Our Lady of Peace School. She retired from the State of MN Unemployment Office after 20+ years. Jean loved Italian cooking, family gatherings at the farm, and had a passion for antiquing and Victorian dAC.cor. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, 11:00AM at CHURCH OF SAINT MARY , 423 South Fifth Street , Stillwater . Interment Fairview Cemetery . Visitation Thursday 4-8PM at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 36 & Co Rd 5), Stillwater and one hour prior to Mass at the church.
