Jeanette Wood

Jeanette Mary Wood, age 70, of St. Paul, passed away unexpectedly on February 15, 2022.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Urban and Martha, and a few brothers and sisters.

Survived by her loving husband of 56 years, David; children, Dave Jr., Chad, Sabrina, and Katrina; grandchildren, Erica, Cameron, Kimberly, JaVousia, Desiree, Jaques, Takeela, Deon, Tasheonna, JayShawn, Talisha, Tasha, and Aubree; great-grandchildren, Kain, Wynter, Nehemiah, Ariella, Jayvion, Varii, and Lyrix.

Jeanette will be remembered for her big heart and loving spirit (along with her love of Law & Order and soap operas). She was very family-oriented, enjoying many barbeques and gatherings with her loved ones. There was always food on the table, even if it was a little crispy. Jeanette was the foundation of her family and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A gathering for Jeanette will be held from 12-2PM on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at Bradshaw (1078 Rice St.). Interment to follow at Oakland Cemetery.
