Age 88, of New Richmond, Wisconsin; passed away on August 19, 2026.

Public visitation for Mr. Jerome Bailey will be held on Wednesday, September 2 from at 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bradshaw (1078 Rice Street, St. Paul).
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Septemeber 3 at 11:00 AM at Bradshaw (1078 Rice Street, St. Paul), with interment at Oakland Cemetery (927 Jackson Street, St. Paul).
Luncheon to follow at B-Dale Club (2100 Dale Street N, Roseville) from 1:00 PM to 4:00PM.
