Joaquin Miranda

Joaquin Miranda, age 23, passed away unexpectedly, surrounded by family, on August 6, 2021.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Jesus Miranda.

Survived by his grandmother, Adelina Miranda; parents, Gavino Gamiño and Margarita Miranda Cruz; siblings, Marisela Miranda, Derik (Maria) Miranda, and Abelina (Jeremy) Gamiño; nieces and nephews, Santiago "Taco," Destanie, Arasellie "Chellie," Gabriela "Gabby," Mariana "Mya," Anthony, Maribel "Bella," Alex and Juan; aunts, Martha (Robert) Alicea, Elva (Scott) Smith, and Jesus (Maria) Miranda; cousins, Rique, Magdalena "Meg," Salina, Scotty, Marina, Savanna, and Santana; second-cousins, Jacob, Lillyanna, and Leo; aunt and god-mother, Melissa Benson; and god-father, "Sonny" Benson.

He was such a fun, loving, and caring person who could instantly capture your heart with his charismatic smile. He literally made friends with everyone. Cooking and grilling were his passions, and he had aspirations of becoming a chef one day. He will be missed by everyone whose life he touched, but most of all his family. He lives in our hearts now.

Services will be held on Thursday, August 19th, 2021 at 1PM at Our Saviors Lutheran Church (674 Johnson Parkway, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55106). Luncheon to follow.
