Jay joined his mom, Maureen, on March 20, 2024. Preceded in death by his mother, Maureen Flanagan. Survived by his father, John Flanagan, sister, Katie Flanagan, his nephew and niece, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He will be missed by all.
A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Jay's life will be held from 2:00 to 4:00PM on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater. Memorials are preferred to the American Liver Foundation and /or the National Kidney Foundation.
