John Edmund Frank

Born John Edmund Corrigan on July 5, 1940, John died peacefully on November 4, 2023 at his home in Stillwater. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Edmund Francis Corrigan and Eleanor Virginia (Brissman) Frank, and adopted father, John P. Frank; brother, Paul Frank.

He will be missed by those who survive him: his siblings, Susan (Anthony) Alleva, Peter (Pat) Frank, Mary (Larry) O’Brien, Thomas (Jean) Frank; many nieces and nephews.

Following his service in the United States Air Force, John spent the bulk of his career as a science teacher in Minneapolis Public Schools. In retirement, he cultivated his love of gardening by working at Bachman’s. He was a wonderful brother and a kind man.

Memorial service will be 2:00pm Tuesday, December 5, 2023 with visitation one hour prior. Private family interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to donor’s choice.
