Kathryn Snetting

Passed away peacefully on February 19, 2021, in the presence of her family. Kathy is survived by her husband of 43 years, Lee; children, Margaret Snetting, John (Amy) Snetting; granddaughters, Charlotte and one on the way; siblings, Paula (Dennis) Olson, John Patterson, Tom Patterson, Kimberly Videen, Melissa (Carlos) Garcia; sisters-in-law, Lori Patterson, Donna Snetting, Judy McCool and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Russell Patterson, Robert Furzland; brothers-in-law, Richard Leonard, Timothy McCool. Kathy enjoyed and valued her work at the Veteran’s Administration and as a European flower market manager at Bachman’s, as well as growing her own plants and flowers. She loved her family and animals, and was a proud grandma, and always looked forward to another trip to Las Vegas. A private family interment will be held at Fort Snelling, with a celebration of Kathy’s life for her larger group of friends and family later this spring. Memorials preferred to Alzheimer’s Association, Mayo Clinic, or Lake Nokomis Lutheran Church.
