Kendall Wade Coleman, Sr.

Kendall Wade Coleman Sr., Age 61 of Minneapolis, MN was born in Gary, IN on May 1st, 1964. Kendall passed away on December 6, 2025.

Kendall was a bright light, a loving soul, and loved by all who knew him. Born with a gift of gab and good looks, he could get himself in and out of any situation. Kendall was the kind of person who knew what to say and when but he also listened deeply and loved sincerely.

He loved his family and his kids and would often brag about them to anyone who would listen. He would often provide life advice or share in a laugh. He loved working out, music, and good food.

Kendall’s memory will live on through the countless lives he touched. Though his departure came too soon, his legacy will forever remain in our hearts.

We honor Kendall today not only for the life he lived, but for the light he leaves behind. May his soul rest in peace.

Kendall is preceded in death by his father George Robert Coleman, his mother Linda Faye Jackson, his grandmother Ernestine Smith, and his nephew Tyrone Mitchell III.

He is survived by his children DeJeron Coleman Sr. (Erinn Coleman), twins Jamila Coleman and Jamal Coleman, and Kendall Coleman Jr.; Grandchildren DeJeron Coleman Jr. and Jaylen Aaron Coleman; Sisters Denise Ware and Cicely Seals (Tony Seals); and a niece, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

Funeral Service is at 11am on Friday, December 19th at Bradshaw Funeral Home, 3131 Minnehaha Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN with visitation beginning one hour prior at 10am. Repast to follow service.
