Linda Helen Fossom, 76

Psychopharmacologist

Linda passed away peacefully on April 13th in St. Paul, Minnesota. Linda worked for NIH and the FDA in Maryland before her retirement in 2016. She graduated from St. Louis Park High School, received her B.A. from the University of Minnesota, and in 1989, her Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Colorado. Linda was loved by her many friends, colleagues, and family members. She is survived by her sisters Karen Fossom of Harlingen, Texas, Joanne (David) Backlund of St. Paul, Minnesota, Chrys (David)St. Louis of Blaine, Minnesota, her cousin Beth (David) Kameras of Silver Spring, Maryland, and their families. Donations in her memory can be made to Giving Voice Chorus (givingvoicechorus.org), which brought her so much joy in her later years.
