Lisa Anne Zachgo

Age 57, of Stillwater, passed away August 26, 2025.

Born on July 5, 1968 to David and Patricia Becker, Lisa grew up in Madison, Wisconsin. She attended Holy Cross Lutheran grade school, West High School, Bethany Lutheran College, and the University of Minnesota. On July 31st, 2010 she married David Zachgo.

Lisa had a deep love for the outdoors and felt most at home surrounded by nature’s beauty. Some of her happiest memories were made during family trips to the Keweenaw on Lake Superior in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, on road trips with David to the Traverse City shores of Lake Michigan, and wandering the Black Hills of South Dakota. Countless laughter filled weekends were spent at the family’s lake house on Lake Nokomis. She treasured those places, but even more, she treasured the people she shared them with. Being “Aunt Lisa” was one of her greatest joys, and her nieces and nephews will never forget the adventures, laughter, and love she so freely gave. Her faith was a guiding light in her life, grounding her with strength and grace through every season. Lisa had an incredibly kind and thoughtful nature which impacted all around her.

She is survived by and will be greatly missed by her loving husband David; parents David and Patricia Becker; siblings Christine Bouquet, Beth (Steve) DePrey, Jon Becker and Sara (Matt) Apps; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

A celebration of Lisa’s life will be Friday September 19th, 2025 at 11 AM at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater with a visitation one hour prior to the service and a luncheon following.
