Lorraine Louise Miller

Lorraine Louise (Perry) Miller, age 102, of Stillwater, MN, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 5, 2025.

Lorraine was born October 5, 1923, in Brockway Township, MN, daughter of Samuel and Eva Perry. She attended St. Cloud Tech High and later received her teachers training from St. Cloud. Lorraine married Merlin R. Miller on June 19, 1947. Over the years Lorraine taught in a one room schoolhouse near Waconia, was involved with the Dairy Queen business, and later worked in the Washington County Recorder’s Office.

Survivors include her three children, Marilyn Christopherson, Jeff (Paula) Miller, and Peri (Steven) Rasske. Lorraine has seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, and her sister Betty Zimmerman. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Merlin, sister Mamie Staneart, son-in-law Ed Christopherson, and granddaughter Bethany Christopherson.

The family thanks the caregivers at Brighton Hospice and Oak Park Senior Living for Lorraine’s care and services.

Private family services will be held at a later date at Ascension Episcopal Church in Stillwater, MN.
