Formerly of south Minneapolis
Passed away June 9, 2020, from complications of Covid-19 and Alzheimer’s disease at age 99. Lydia was preceded in death by her husband Alfred, and sons Richard and James. She is survived by her brother Alvin Kleinsasser; sister Alice Shir; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two daughters-in-law. Private family burial due to Covid-19. Memorials may be contributed to Apostolic Faith Church 2900 29th Ave S. Minneapolis, MN 55406, or the Alzheimer’s Association. Lydia is at peace with the Lord in heaven. A special thanks to the staff at Sholom East for the care they provided for Lydia.
