Lynda Pauling

Age 77, of Stillwater, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2025.

Lynda was preceded in death by her brother, John Olson; and her sister, Becky Swanson.

Lynda is the loving mother of Mike (Amanda) Pauling, Mark Pauling and Meredith (Jeff) Warner; loving grandmother of Isla, Olive and Sylvie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Lynda grew up in New Richmond, WI and later retired as a legal secretary at the Washington County Gov’t Center in Stillwater.

She was a creative, energetic woman, talented in calligraphy and proud of having earned a brown belt in judo. She was an avid reader, Stephen King was a favorite author of hers.

Lynda was a kind and generous woman, both with her loved ones and with the many charities she donated to.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Feeding America or local Food Shelf.
