Lynnette Hartling

Lynnette Davell (Nelson) Hartling aka "Starchie"
Age 76, died peacefully at home on December 3, 2022 in St. Paul, MN. After a courageous battle with cancer.

Lynnette was born on April 7, 1946 in Yakima, Washington daughter of Frank and Hazel Nelson (Riveness)

Lynnette worked in Special Education in the St. Paul Public Schools for over 30 years. After retirement, she believed it was very important to stay active. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, hiking, baking & diamond art, and the occasional trip to the casino!
She even became a certified water aerobics instructor at the local YMCA. Lynnette was a real "GO GETTER" & always the life of the party.

Lynnette lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; She had a uncanny ability to reach people in a deep positive way. You always felt welcomed into her home and were always greeted with a home cooked meal or delicious dessert.

Lynnette is survived by her husband, Greg; her children; grandchildren; many great- grandchildren; and numerous others.

A celebration of Lynnette's life will take place on April 22, 2023 (time to be determined) at VFW Post 1350 (2483 7th Ave E. St.Paul, MN).
