Dobbin, Margaret "Maggie"
Age 58. Died January 4, 2013 in the arms of loved ones. Death was from a series of cancers. Preceded in death by her father, Glen Dobbin; mother, Lorraine Dobbin; and sister, Kathleen. She is survived by her loving husband, Andy Phelan; her beloved dog, Coco; sister, Mary Sue Dobbin; and a large group of friends here and in Arkansas, her spiritual home. Maggie was an exceptional flag artist and brought joy to many with her exuberant designs and colors. Her displays graced the Renaissance Festival and local art fairs annually at Art on the Lake, Powderhorn Park, Art at St. Kate's, and the Pride Festival. She will be fondly remembered for her enthusiasm, her talent and her laugh. Her spirit now flies as free as her flags. We will have a service of celebration for Maggie on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2013 with a visitation starting at 6 p.m. and service at 6:45 p.m. at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Ave., Minneapolis, MN 55406. Reception nearby afterwards.
