Margery Ruth Hegrenes (nee Torkelson)

Age 92, of St. Paul, passed away peacefully October 1, 2024.

Preceded in death by husband, Richard. She will be sadly missed by children, Eric (Sheila), Mark (Stacey) and Karyn; grandchildren, Jami (Matt), Erin (Anthony), Patti, Annika, Jackson McCormic; great-grandchildren, Owen, Luna and Benjamin; sister, Joan Edman; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Marge had exemplary skills as a wife, mother and teacher. She was a lifelong animal lover and best friend to countless dogs, all of whom are surely happily resting on her lap again. Marge was very proud of her family, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Private family services were held.
