Mark Skrivseth

06/30/1964-08/07/2025

Mark Skrivseth, beloved father, friend, and neighbor, passed away on 08/07/2025 from a sudden heart attack at the age of 61.

If you knew him, you knew he loved three things above all else: good food, good music, and a good time. He was a people person to his core, always chatting with someone, whether it was a lifelong friend or the cashier at the corner store. No matter where he lived, he quickly became close with his neighbors, creating a sense of community everywhere he went.

He had a quick wit, a big laugh, and an unapologetic way of being himself that made him unforgettable. A true hustler at heart, he was always finding ways to make a buck or discover a new adventure. One of his more legendary moments was convincing the manager at McDonald's to sell him an entire case of pancakes for $20, because somehow, he could talk anyone into anything.

Mark lived life on his own terms and left behind countless stories that will be told for years to come. His humor, his charm, and his knack for turning even the smallest moments into something memorable will be remembered by everyone lucky enough to know him.

He will be sadly missed by his children, Matthew and Abby; former wife, Kelly; his father, Maynard (Charlene); his siblings, David (Connie), Stephanie (Blake) Tiedeman, Anmarie, Christine Moyer, and Angi (John) Moyer; and his nieces and nephews, Erik, Katelyn (Gabe), William, Emma, Sara, Griffin, and Zoie along with many other family members and friends.

A celebration of life will take place at Bradshaw, 4600 Greenhaven Dr., White Bear Lake, on Sunday, August 17, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Please wear your favorite T-shirt in honor of Mark.
