Beloved Wife, Mom & Grandma
Marlene was born in Rochester, MN & passed away August 26 in Stillwater. She is preceded in death by parents & brother, Adrian Boie. She will be sadly missed by her husband, John; daughter, Molly (John) Stratmann; son, Fred (Becky); grandchildren, Tim, Mari, Madie, Ella, Carter & Adrian; brother, David (Toni) Boie of Eden Prairie, MN; sister, Donna Roselius (Rosy) of Port Orford, Oregon; & many nieces & nephews. Marlene was married in 1957 and moved to Stillwater in 1958. She worked many years for District 834 and later retired to help care for her grandchildren. Marlene had a friendly, giving nature to all who knew and loved her. A funeral service will be held Thursday at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 36 & Co. Rd. 5) Stillwater. Memorials preferred to American Cancer Society for melanoma research.
