Mary Jo Kress

Age 84, of Stillwater, passed away peacefully October 23, 2023.

Preceded in death by husband, Kenneth; grandson, Adam Patzner; and sister, LoAnn Johnson.

She will be sadly missed by children, Diane (Greg) Palmer, Brad (Mary Jo), Laurie (Matt) Cote and Kathy (Andy) Patzner; grandchildren, Lisa (Chad) Peterson and their children, Theodore, Kennedy and Madison, Kyle (Mica) Palmer, Jenny Kress, Kevin (Katie) Kress and their children, Norah, Mason, Croix and Asher, Katlyn (John) Carnemolla, Brian (Jordan) Cote and their daughters, Cedar and Autumn, Sara (Jake) Dinzeo and their sons, Dylan and Colton, Logan Patzner and Wyatt Patzner; special niece, Michelle Salmi; other family and friends.

Mary Jo had fond memories of working at Connco Shoes and Flowers by JDB.  She was a longtime member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and enjoyed the Dart Ball League.  Some of her best memories were spending Friday nights at the Eagles 94 meat raffle and a good day included playing a game of 500, Bingo or a trip to the casino.

A celebration of Mary Jo’s life will be Monday, October 30, 2023, 11:30 A.M. at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater with visitation one hour prior to the service.  Interment St. Matthew’s Cemetery, Withrow. Family will receive friends back at Bradshaw following the graveside service.
