Age 85, resident of Croixdale Memory Care in Bayport, MN, passed away December 20, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Bessie O'Neal; husband, William R. MacDonald; brothers, Robert, James and Eugene O'Neal; sisters, Beatrice Harper, Florence Stinson, Dorothy Crawford, Patricia Brown, Elizabeth Bollenbach; and very special friend, Jean-Marie Flick. Mary Lois is survived by her children, Candrice (John) Ellickson, Karen (David) Blekum and Cornell (Karen Kolo) MacDonald; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; sister, Barbara Ross; many nieces, and nephews. Mary Lois graduated from Stillwater High School. She married William R. MacDonald August 23, 1947. After 19 years of employment at Andersen Corporation, she retired and enjoyed many winters in Hawaii. Service Monday, December 28, 2015, 12:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 36 and Co Rd 5), Stillwater with visitation beginning at 10:00 A.M. until time of service. Interment Fairview Cemetery. Mary Lois' family wishes to thank the staffs at Lakeview Hospice and Croixdale for their loving care they provided to Mary Lois. Memorials are preferred to donor's choice.
