Marylee Wise

Marylee Wise, age 87, passed away on November 14, 2025.

Mary was born on August 22, 1938, in Minneapolis, MN to Donald and Marie Hughes.

Throughout her life, Mary loved reading, listening to music, dancing, shopping excursions and, of course, the road trips she took with her husband Ron. In her later years, she delighted in participating in every game there was to play with her friends at Engel Haus. She loved to do her word find puzzles and was always up for a great movie on the Hallmark channel.

Her greatest treasures were her family and her unwavering faith in God.

Mary was preceded in death by husband, Ronald Wise, and sons, Steven and Scott Wise. She was survived by her children, Kim Zopfi (Ron), Tammie Peterson (Ray), Sandy Schneider (Paul), Kelly Wise (Mark), Shannon Lyndsley (Kevin), as well as 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was a loyal daughter, sister, mother, aunt, grandmother and friend. Her love and kindness will be remembered by all who knew her, and her legacy of faith and family will continue to inspire generations to come.
