Born March 16, 1959 (43 years); passed away accidentally December 30, 2002. Preceded in death by his Father, Gordy Carlson. Greatly missed by loving wife, Bonita; children; Jessica (Josh), Christopher (Robin), Ashley; grandchildren; Dante and Jordan; loving Mother Ruth; sister, Julie (Jim); brother-in-law Gene; niece and nephew, Megan and Tony; other family and many friends. Matts love for family and friends allowed him to touch many lives thru AA, youth and amateur hockey. Family wishes to thank the Deer Park/Amery, WI Volunteer Fire Dept.; Amery Regional Hospital ER staff and the SICU staff at Regions Hospital for their support and professionalism. Memorial Service Saturday 2pm at BRADSHAW 1174 Payne Ave St. Paul. Memorial Gathering 1 hour prior to service at funeral home. Private Interment.
