Age 93 of Stillwater.

Passed away peacefully in her home on December 29, 2024. Preceded in death by her husband, Stanley, J. Demoski; brother, James Seim; mother, Myrtle Seim; and father, Edwin Seim. Survived by children, Susan (David) Stenberg, John (Cheryl Payne) Demoski, Jean (Tim) Radke, Mary (Blake) Thorson, Ann Demoski (Wayne) Roberts; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.

Merelyn's children compiled a list to describe some of her amazing attributes. These include: selfless, supportive, encouraging, trustworthy, funny, faithful, believer, smart, stubborn, athletic, beautiful, humble, genuine, positive, kind, nurturing, generous, energetic, loving, and a positive role model. She was the rock of the family. She was a bright light that will continue to shine through her spirit in our lives and all the lives she touched. She will be deeply missed.

Merelyn requested a private family celebration of life and interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials to donor's choice.
