Preceded in death by father, David and mother, Katie. Survived by children, Benjamin and Jenna; life long partner and friend, Nicki; sister, Angela (Ed) Weidell; brothers, Kurt and Davey (Dana) DeSmidt; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation Tuesday 4-7PM with prayer service at 6:30PM at BRADSHAW, 1078 Rice Street at Magnolia. Memorials preferred to the family.
