Michael F.Johnson, former Washington County Sherriff's Deputy of Stillwater, passed away unexpectedly at age 68 on January 25. Survived by wife, Beverly; son, Mark (Michelle); grandchildren, Madelynn and Mikenna; siblings, Dennis, Robert (Jeannie), Sallie (Dennis) Habisch; mother-in-law, Ann Sill; many nieces, nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Lorie Savryn; son, Jay Michael. Mike was a founding member of the Yellow Ribbon Network of Washington County and truly was a servant, in both his professional and personal lives. An army veteran, he was also a member of Acacia Masonic Lodge. He was a hero to many, and a leader with a calming voice. Rest in peace, Badge 105. A memorial service will be 11AM Saturday at SHEPHERD OF THE VALLEY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 14107 Hudson Road S, Afton, with visitation at 9AM. Memorials may be directed to the family.
