Mert was born June 3, 1950 to Bernie and Evelyn Zentner. Mert went to Country School and Oshkosh High School. After graduating in 1968 she moved to Minneapolis. Mert was employed
by Target Corporation and later Hennepin County.
Mert was a traveler - taking trips to many countries and through out the United States. Among her many loves was God, family, friends, animals, the MN Twins and yes - those Green Bay Packers!
Mert passed away on June 18th at Bethesda Hospital in St. Paul. Preceding her in death were her parents and several pets. She leaves behind her brother Doyle and many friends.
A gathering for family and friends celebrating the live of Mert Zentner will be held August 2, 2018 with an open house from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at the First Baptist Church, 1021 Hennepin Ave,
Minneapolis, MN
