Myrtle Mae Thompson

Age 77 of Lakeland

A beautiful wife, mom, and grandmother passed away surrounded by family on February 23, 2026. Myrtle was born on April 5, 1948, in Grantsburg, WI. She was the 5th child born from Lester and Bonnie Linden. Myrtle graduated from Luck, WI. There she met her loving husband, Thomas, and married in 1968. She found joy by cooking and baking for others. She had a passion for designing cards and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Myrtle is preceded in death by her parents, Bonnie and Lester Linden; brother, Ernest.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Thomas; son, Eric (Jennifer), and their children, Hunter, Laken, Eli, Drake, and Aspen; daughter, Wendy (Rusty), and their children, Ramsey, Roman, and Sierra; sisters, Evelyn and Bonita; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Celebration of Life 11am Saturday, March 14th at Bradshaw, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater, with visitation beginning one hour prior.
