A Memorial Service for Nancy E. Niccum, age 54, of Woodbury, formerly of Stillwater, will be held Wednesday, 7:00 P.M. at FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 6201 Osgood Avenue North, Stillwater. Family will receive friends following the service at church.
She was preceded in death by parents, Nolan & Ellenore Niccum. She will be missed by husband, Charles Speaks; sons, Brandon and Jeffrey; sister, Sharon Carlson (Stu); brothers, Dave (Pat), Bob (Jeanne), Jim (Judy); many nieces and nephews. After receiving her PhD, Nancy worked at Hennepin County Medical Center, and the University of Minnesota. Nancy was a fulltime Mom and was active in church and school.
