Patrese Lavae Heiser

Patrese Lavae Heiser passed away peacefully at her home in St. Paul, MN on April 14, 2026. Patrese aka Tresee was 59 years old and was the only child of Donna Heiser and Charles Gallagher. She was raised in the Quad Cities and graduated from Davenport West High School in 84'. After high school, she went into the retail field and spent years as a bridal seamstress at David's Bridal, and after relocating to MN, Tresee was employed as a receptionist for many years at Cat Pumps in Blaine, MN, a job she truly loved.

Tresee enjoyed playing spades, going to the movies with her aunt, and spending time with her family and friends. She was a caregiver for her mother and had recently purchased a home in MN that she was rehabbing with her brother.

Patrese is survived by her mother, Donna Heiser; siblings, Charles R. Mitchell, Jamellah S. Bogan, and Cory (Jessica) Randle; aunts, Angela Gallagher-Burrage and Kathy Louck; a host of cousins, nieces, nephews; and her beloved pets, a Frenchie dog named Juicy, and a cat named Ms. Kitty. Special friends include Jamie Swanson, Shalyne Berry, Isiah Berry, and a trusted sister-in-law, Stacy Mitchell.

Patrese was preceded in death by her father, Charles R. Gallagher; uncle, Arther V. Gallagher; aunt, Gloria J. Manley; grandparents, Horace and Flossie Gallagher; and maternal grandmother, Mary Heiser; a special cousin, Joe "Joey" Wood; and stepdaughter, Jana Berry.

A celebration of Life honoring Patrese will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Searle Mansion, 1915 Logan Avenue South., Minneapolis, MN 55403.

Considering Patrese was a cancer survivor, in lieu of flowers the family asks that you donate to the American Cancer Society.
