Patricia passed away peacefully April 13, 2026 surrounded by her family’s love. She will be dearly missed. Survived by children Peggy Specker, Timothy O'Neil, Kathy (Tracy) Kirkup, Michael O'Neil; Grandchildren; Melissa, Scott, Molly, Katlyn, and Amanda; great grandchildren; Mason, Ryker, Ellie Mae, Jayden, Owen, and Jameson. Great-great grandchildren; Hudson and Paisley. Brother; Jim Lemke. Sisters; JoAnne (Dave) Merrill, Janis (Mike) Bertrand. Sisters in law; Mary Ann (Gary) Hunstad, and Patti Ruth. Preceded in death by her loving husband Thomas O'Neil, and granddaughter Katrina.
The Celebration of Life will take place at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026 at St Odilia Catholic Church, 3495 North Victoria, Shoreview. A visitation will beging one hour prior. Interment at Elmhurst Cemetery.
