Paul Richard Blaisdell

Paul R Blaisdell, 80, of Two Harbors and Stillwater, died Friday, June 19 2026 at Timber Hills in Inver Grove Heights.

Paul was born in Two Harbors on September 21 1945 to Stanley and Margarite (Oberg)Blaisdell. After high school Paul served in the National Guard and went to college at UMD. Upon graduation Paul started working at the Minnesota revenue department where he was supervisor of sales tax for 30 years. It was there he met his wife Janice whom he was married to for 47 years before her death in 2018.

Paul enjoyed family trips to Disney World and Alaska. As well as trips out west to Yellowstone with his brothers. He was also a fan of all Minnesota sports teams.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife Janice, his parents, and his brothers John (Claudette) and Bob (Madelyn).

He is survived by his sons Mike and Jason. He is also survived by his brothers David (Mary), Dennis (Sharon), Steve (Nona) and James, and many nephews and nieces. He is also survived by his sister in law Diane Eisen and her husband David.

Private burial is planned for a later date.
