Age 65, formerly of Minneapolis, passed away peacefully July 2, 2015 at Robbinsdale Rehabilitation & Care. She is survived by her dear friend of 25 years, Henry Jackson; sons, Christopher (Morgan) and Peter (Krystal); brothers, Mike (Gail), Steve (Diane) and Joe Czech; and 8 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents, Ambrose and Lorraine Czech. Special thanks to the staff at Robbinsdale Rehabilitation & Care for their loving care. A celebration of Paula's life will be Thursday, July 9, 5:00-7:00 P.M. with a Time of Sharing at 6:30 P.M. at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Avenue South.
