Paulette Stamp, 70, of White Bear Township, MN, passed away on May 20, 2026, at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN, after a brief illness.
Paulette was born on Dec. 23, 1955, in Moline, IL to Paul and Juanita (Herrell) Stamper. She attended Rock Island High School, where she played flute and piccolo in concerts and marching band.
In Oct. 1975, she married Stephen Stamp of East Moline. They lived in Waterloo, IA before moving to Ankeny, IA in 1985. She attended Iowa State University, where she earned a degree in accounting, then went on to work for Coopers & Lybrand in Des Moines as a CPA. After Coopers, she started her own accounting practice in Ankeny, which she eventually sold, continuing to work part time before retiring in 2010. She and Stephen moved to MN in 2021. Paulette loved crafting and spent many late nights working on her projects.
Paulette is survived by her loving husband Stephen, children Jessica Willett of West Des Moines, IA and Gregory (Amanda) Stamp of Vadnais Heights, MN, mother Juanita of Springfield, MO, and grandchildren Trevor and Dylan Willett, and Kara and Karl Stamp.
She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Stamper, his wife Jane, and his partner Belva Waterman.
A private family celebration of life was held in her honor.
