Philip G. Harvey

Went home to be with the Lord on February 21st at the age of 82.  

He is survived by his wife, Debra; step-children, Matthew, Nicholas, Amanda and Clayton; 9 grandchildren; brothers, Mark (Sandra) and Alan (Kathy); also nieces and nephew.  

He lived his whole life in Minnesota (St. Paul, Hoffman  and Afton) except two and a half years when in the Marines.  He worked as a pressman at the St. Paul Pioneer Press for over 40 years.  His hobbies were hunting waterfowl and deer, and fishing.  He spent many weeks each year with friends and family doing just that.  Later in life, Phil grew in his faith and loved Jesus more than anything.  

A celebration of Phil’s life will be Monday, March 4, 2024, 11:00 A.M. at SHEPHERD OF THE VALLEY CHURCH, 14107 Hudson Road South, Afton with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment Lakeview Cemetery.  

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Shepherd of the Valley Church.
