Died peacefully on July 30, 2026. Phyllis was born to Vera Olive Utterson and Robert Hamilton Hoops on November 30, 1933 in Summerset, IA. She married Paul R. Urbanski on April 12, 1956.
She had five children, ten grandchildren, three step grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Services will be on Monday, August 10th at Bradshaw, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater, MN with visitation at 10:00 am and prayer service at 11:00 am.
