Passed away unexpectedly on January 22, 2016. Survived by parents, Richard and Carol; sister Lori (Steve) Dorn; niece, Madison Dorn and extended family and many friends. A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 1st at 11 AM at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd. (NW corner of Hwy 36 & Co Rd 5), Stillwater with a visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment Fairview Cemetery.
