Passed away unexpectedly on April 26, 2019. Preceded in death by mother, Joyce Hanson. Rick is survived by his wife, Miranda; children, Cole and Ava; father, Michael; sister, Carla; aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends. Rick grew up in Benedict, MN and was a graduate of Walker High School and Moorhead State University. He spent 26 years in sales for Houghton Mifflin. Rick was a gentle soul with boundless generosity. With religion as a foundation, he lived his life in gratitude and loyalty. His children were his everything, and his heart was bigger than his arms. A celebration of Rick's life will be 2PM Friday at EAGLE BROOK CHURCH, Woodbury Campus, 11125 Eastview Rd, Woodbury, with visitation one hour prior.
