Age 74, of Oakdale; passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Tuesday, February 8, 2022.
He was preceded in death by four sisters and five brothers.
Richard will be missed by his sister, Sandy; brother, Randy (Faye); and many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Memorial Service will be held on February 16th at 12pm with visitation one hour prior at Bradshaw's Rice Street Chapel, 1078 Rice St., St. Paul.
Interment at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Saint Paul.
