Passed away peacefully from effects of chronic lung problems. Preceded in death by infant son, Richard, Jr. Survived by wife of 57 years, Wilma "Billie"; daughters, Tracy (Joe) Mincher, and Sandra (Dale) Miller; grandchildren, Becky (Josh) Westerman, Jodi (Jon) Joriman, and Kevin Mincher; and great-grandchildren, Eli, Skylar, Jackie and Justin. Dick worked as an accountant for Northern Pacific. Went on to American Hoist before founding Handy Hitch and Welding Co., Inc. which he ran successfully for over 40 years before retiring. He was known for his keen wit and dry humor. Celebration of Life Thursday, July 13, 2017, 7:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW, 4600 Greenhaven Drive & Hwy 96 (one mile west of 35E), White Bear. Visitation 5-7 P.M. Private family interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to donor's choice.
