Richard "Rick" Gerald Chase

Age 69, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2024. 

Rick is survived by his wife of 51 years, Diane; children, Lisa (Eric) Stang and Jeff Chase; grandchildren, Annabelle and Colton Stang, Sam, Zoe and Reese Chase; mother, Irene Chase; brothers, Fred (Pat) Chase and Duane (Joy) Chase; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.  Rick was preceded in death by his father, Fredrick Chase.

Rick enjoyed 45 years at Stillwater Motors, where he found fulfillment in his career. His passion for the outdoors was evident in his love for tending to his trees, plants, and yard, and he often found joy in boating on the St. Croix River and snowmobiling. He also generously gave his time to the St. Croix Fire Department, serving as a fire commissioner and contributing to the safety of his community. Beyond his professional accomplishments and community involvement, Rick cherished his family and the companionship of his cats.

A celebration of Rick's life will be Thursday, March 7, 2024, 11:00 A.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater with visitation one hour prior to the service.
