Richard "Rick" William Docksteader, Jr.

Age 68, of Stillwater, died unexpectedly August 2, 2025.

Preceded in death by father, Richard, Sr.; and brother, Mark. 

Survived by daughter, Mariah (Dustin) Schneider; granddaughter, Emma; mother, Sharon; best friend, Dennis (Jan) Lund; aunt, Sue Johnson; cousins, Julie, Jennifer and Jane; other family and friends. 

Rick was a member of Local 110 IBEW. Proudly served in the US Navy 1974-1980. USS Forrestal. 

Memorial service Friday, August 22, 2025, 11:00 A.M. at First United Methodist Church, 813 West Myrtle Street, Stillwater with visitation beginning at 10:00 A.M. Interment Fairview Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Paralyzed Veteran’s of America.
