Skaar, Richard Charles, age 96 of White Bear Lake. Passed away peacefully on April 27, 2023. Preceded in death by loving wife, Virginia; son, Rick. Survived by children, Sharon Hegel; Mike (Carolyn) Skaar; daughter in law, Carolyn; 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; also many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Visitation Wednesday May 3, 1-2:30 at Bradshaw Celebration of life Center, 4600 Greenhaven Dr., White Bear Lake. Graveside service Wednesday May 3, 3 PM at Union Cemetery, Maplewood.
