Robert "Bob" Alan Peterson
1944-2026
With sadness, we share the passing of our uncle, Robert Alan Peterson of Minneapolis, MN on July 2, 2026.
He was born in 1944 to Eunice and Clarence in Rochester, MN. After completion of high school, receiving his B.A. degree, and being honorably discharged from the Air Force, he went on to enjoy his life's passions. Anything outdoors—teaching tennis, biking, canoeing, and fishing with friends. Taking photos of his travels, landscapes, and his favorite reptiles—snakes.
He is preceded in death by his sisters, Lois (Quentin) Crouch and Elaine Weilier.
He is survived by his brother-in-law, Erv Weilier; and many nieces and nephews.
In memory of Bob, take pleasure in the small things in life, and take an extra minute to enjoy the day.
Private interment at a later date at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
