Robert "Bob" Berglund

Age 94 of Maplewood, formerly of Birchwood Village passed away after a brief illness on July 26, 2020.

Bob was born in Duluth on August 30, 1925 to William and Bertha Berglund. He was raised in the town of Clearbrook. Bob was a WWII Navy Veteran and graduated from the University of Minnesota. He worked as a branch manager and accountant for several federal agencies (GAO, HHS) from 1956-1984. Was an active member of Eaglebrook Church in White Bear Lake for 50 years.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents, William and Bertha Berglund; brother, Philip Berglund.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Marie (Hedberg) Berglund; children, William (On Soon) Berglund, Kristine (James Lux) Berglund, Jon (Betsy) Berglund; grandchildren, James, Caroline, Andrew, Brian, Amy, Katie; great-grandchildren, Elaine, Jonathan, Alex, Chris.

Funeral Service 2 PM Saturday, August 1st at Bradshaw, 4600 Greenhaven Dr., White Bear Lake. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
