Rogene "Inky" Noreen

Age 95 of Bayport

Passed away peacefully on December 2, 2025 at Croixdale. Inky enjoyed playing Bridge with friends. She frequented casinos where she played the slot machines. She could be found raking leaves in the fall. For many years, she volunteered at Bethlehem Lutheran Church and participated in Meals on Wheels.

Inky was preceded in death by her husband, Arvid "Put" Noreen; parents; and brothers.

She is survived by her children, Kim (Wayne) Peterson and Jeff (Kate); grandchildren, Megan (Geoff) Gall, Chad (Emily) Mitchell-Peterson, Heidi (Kenny Davis) Melton, Michaela (Kyle) Johnson and Nicole (Joseph) Pyka; great-grandchildren, Maddie (Jon Mewes) Melton, Gabby Gall, Jack Mitchell-Peterson, Gabe Mitchell-Peterson, Harper Gall, and Beckett Johnson; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Special thank you for the exceptional care provided by the wonderful staff at Croixdale.

Celebration of Life 11am Thursday, January 8th at Bradshaw, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd., Stillwater, with visitation beginning one hour prior. Luncheon to follow. Interment at Hazelwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Lakeview Hospice and Bethlehem Lutheran Church - Bayport.
