Roger W. Ziemann

Age 77, of Stillwater, formerly of St. Cloud, passed away peacefully July 28, 2026.

Preceded in death by parents, Wilmer and Wilda.

Survived by children, Sara (Brad) Benson and Adam Ziemann; grandchildren, Savannah Benson, Lily and Rose Ziemann; step-children, Emma (Evan) Irons and Rory (Nico) Montag; step-grandchildren, Edward and Eleanor Irons; brother, Kenneth (Diane) Ziemann; cousin and friend, Kent (Sarah) Niemann; other family and friends.

Roger grew up on a farm in Welcome, MN and attended Fairmont Public Schools. He earned his bachelor's degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and his Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Winona State University. He spent his career as an educator; initially as a high school English teacher and later as a high school administrator. In his last 15 years prior to retirement, he was the principal at Tech High School in St. Cloud, MN. Roger was a lover of family, pets, books, history, and fishing. He and his lessons will remain with us forever.
